I am pleased to announce that as of next week I will be uploading a weekly video in addition to my weekly articles.

The videos will feature diverse training exercises for martial artists. They will cover fitness, stretching, toughening (conditioning) and mental exercises, to name but a few. They will be beneficial to all martial artists whether practicing traditional arts like Taekwon-Do and karate, or sporting arts like kickboxing and MMA.

Whether you are training with a focus on effective street defence or competing in tournaments, your body needs to be able to put up with the rigours of combat. I hope that the videos will help you to achieve your goals.
